The White House

A new build house on a tight corner site in Balbriggan, looking over the harbour presented an opportunity for a contemporary design. The site had many restrictions and a limited footprint which dictated the building layout and circulation. A roof terrace provides additional external space with views over the harbour and back towards Balbriggan beach.
